A North Dakota native, Darla Berdal and her family have resided in Tennessee since 1987. Darla earned a Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education & Recreation from the University of North Dakota. Darla has worked in several areas including data entry, teaching, coaching, market research, and retail. Darla has worked with the real estate development firm of MBH, Inc. since 2007. She joined the CornerStone Realty Associates, LLC team in 2011 as a licensed Realtor®. Darla is involved in her community and served for nine years on the Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and the Farragut Business Alliance for six years. She currently serves on the board of the First Utility District of Knox County.

A member of national, state, and local Realtor® associations, Darla endeavors to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. Whether working with sellers or buyers, her clients always come first. Her priority to helping her client navigate the buying/selling process.

Darla and her husband enjoy spending time with their three daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren. Admittedly, Darla enjoys working with people. Just as with her family, however, she says that her favorite thing about her work is that “no day is the same!”
